Description

My biggest concerns with Magic Spoon are that it is low in essential vitamins and minerals and contains common allergens.

Fruity: Decent taste, very sweet, likely attributed to the allulose present. It tasted a little too sweet, though, in my opinion, and sort of artificial. In addition, all of these other cereals only contain 1–3 grams of protein per serving, compared to 13–14 grams in Magic Spoon.Magic Spoon has 13 grams of protein per serving, an impressive amount considering that even eating two tablespoons of peanut butter gives only 8 grams of protein; compare this to the maybe 1-3 grams of protein per serving in traditional sugar cereals if you want to be even more impressed. What Ingredients Are in Magic Spoon Cereal? The fact that they made a tasty alternative to every adult’s favorite childhood cereals that is so healthy is a gamechanger for all cereal-lovers everywhere. Let’s look closer at the ingredients in their cereals that make the flavor and taste possible. Avocado oil is an oil from avocados that contains anti-inflammatory fats. Like sunflower oil, it is considered a heart-healthy oil. Variety of Flavors: Magic Spoon offers a range of flavors, including popular options like Fruity, Cocoa, Cinnamon, and Frosted. This variety allows customers to choose flavors that suit their preferences.

I only tried a small amount of each flavor, probably only around 1/4 cup total, and I felt extremely bloated within minutes after eating it. This lasted for about 2 hours. Sweetener Blend: Monk fruit and allulose are the main sweeteners, both natural and low calorie as mentioned above. No Added Sugar: Magic Spoon cereal is sweetened with allulose, a low-calorie sweetener that does not raise blood sugar levels. It can be a suitable choice for those who want to limit their sugar intake. Their box art is awesome. The boxes themselves are a bit flimsy so open them carefully on the top or they'll rip, which is a bummer if you're like me and like to look at the cereal box when you eat breakfast. Con: The texture. It starts out more than tolerable because you’re factoring in that it’s grain free. But as you continue to consume it every couple of days, the gummy and very waxy texture eventually catches up to you… and your son…. And your open minded friend. And you realize what started hopeful and positive ends prematurely with being tired of the unusual film in your mouth. Against your teeth. And on the roof of your mouth. Worth the try. But definitely not a keeper. Hopefully they can improve on their formula before a competitor steals the in-demand market spotlight.Another negative of Magic Spoon is the cost. It is twice the price of most other sweetened cereals.

As each box contains five servings, a case gives you only 20 servings total, which isn’t enough to have one bowl per day. If you share the cereal with others, it will go even faster. Magic Spoon is for someone who is struggling to get enough protein with breakfast and who enjoys the nostalgia of sweetened cereals. These competitors do not have milk protein as their main ingredient, making them more versatile for different diets. Finding a cereal that is good for you and tastes great can seem almost impossible. When many people think of healthy cereals, they think of those that use whole grains and other ingredients that never seem to soften in milk and cereals that taste and look like twigs. Inulin is a type of prebiotic fiber found in certain plant foods. In Magic Spoon, the inulin comes from chicory root or the agave plant.
